Referral Terms and Conditions
These Referral Terms and Conditions (the “Referral Agreement”) apply to transactions that the Referral Partner refers to Millionaires Row Lanzarote and its affiliates.
Definitions:
1.1 Referral partner: Is not employed by Millionaires Row Lanzarote and is not liable for the Referrer’s social, tax or expense payments. Referrers are not employees or agents of Millionaires Row Lanzarote. For the sake of clarity, any use of the term “partner” in this agreement or connection with the relationship created by this agreement shall in no way imply that the Parties are engaged or has any ownership interest in, or common enterprise with the other party.
1.2 A Referrer: A person who supplies either a prospective client to purchase a property or is a property owner who wishes to sell a property through Millionaires Row Lanzarote
1.3 Qualification Process: A Referral Partner shall submit leads to Millionaires Row Lanzarote for each client through the online form on the “Refer a Client” webpage. Referral Partner shall complete all required fields as specified on the online form. Millionaires Row Lanzarote shall notify the Referral Partner, via email, if a lead has been “accepted”. Millionaires Row Lanzarote may reject any lead for any reason at its sole discretion and will give email notification to the Referral Partner of its decision and reasons.
1.4 Declined Client: If Millionaires Row Lanzarote informs the Referral Partner that it has decided not to pursue the prospective customer, then Millionaires Row Lanzarote agrees to inform the Referrer of their decision and the client will be removed from all inquiries and the database
1.5 Register Clients: For the sake of clarity, the referral partner must have registered the client, the name and contact information (address, telephone number and e-mail) to the Millionaires Row Lanzarote database for any transaction to be true. A copy of the Referrer’s client information will be sent to both parties once they have registered the client onto our database.
1.6 Lead Forms: A “Lead Referral Form” or “Registered Clients Form” means that a document which identifies your prospective “End User” is submitted to the database and both parties which will include the Referrer and Millionaires Row Lanzarote will have to be sent copies and confirmation of the clients information.
1.7 A Referral Fee: means the fee paid to the Referrer after the completion of a sale. The fee amount will be paid in full to the Referrer once an invoice has been submitted to Millionaires Row Lanzarote for payment.
1.8 Completed Sale: A “Successful Transaction Completed” or “Closed Sale” means a transaction originating from an eligible lead under which the end user, being the property owner or the property buyer has completed the sale of the property.
1.9 Referral Payment: Once a completed sale transaction has been made to Millionaires Row Lanzarote and the payments have been received in full to Millionaires Row Lanzarote then an invoice will be generated by the Referrer to be paid. This will be within 7 working days of receiving payment to Millionaires Row Lanzarote
1.10 Time Limit: There is no set time limit for a sale/transaction to be completed, once a client has been registered by you to Millionaires Row Lanzarote you will receive the referral fee when a sale is produced.
1.11 All payments: Under this Referral Agreement, the Referrer is solely responsible for their payments of any taxes and shall bear all costs including expenses and social security charges it incurs on the fees that are received from Millionaires Row Lanzarote. Millionaires Row Lanzarote will not be liable for the Referrer’s taxes or expenses when a fee is paid to the Referrer. An invoice for the payment will be produced by the Referrer to Millionaires Row Lanzarote for the payment that is due.
1.12 Modification of Agreement: Millionaires Row Lanzarote may modify this agreement from time to time at its reasonable discretion by notifying the Referrer Partner via email. If the Partner objects to any such change, then the Partner may terminate this Agreement for cause. The Partner’s continued participation in the program following receipt of notice about changes to this agreement shall constitute binding acceptance of this agreement as amended.
1.13 Term and Termination: The term of this Agreement shall begin on the Effective Date and shall continue until terminated by the terms. Either Party may terminate this Agreement for its convenience at any time by providing the other Party with seven (7) days advance written notice of termination.
1.14 Non-Disclosure: Referral Partner shall not directly or indirectly divulge, disclose or communicate any confidential information, including any leads or referrals, to any third party at any time. Referral Partner shall keep confidential information in the strictest confidence and may disclose it only to those of the Referral Partner’s employees with a need to know and then solely to permit the Referral Partner to fulfill the Referral Partner’s obligations under this Referral Agreement. The referral Partner will take reasonable precautions to protect the confidentiality of the confidential information.
1.15 Your acceptance of these terms: By using millionairesrowlanzarote.com, you signify your acceptance of this policy. If you do not agree to this policy, please do not use our website. Your continued use of the website following the posting of changes to this policy will be deemed your acceptance of those changes.
